Stephanos Velissaropoulos is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Panorama Capital Partners, leading the firm's energy, infrastructure, and shipping investment activities across Latin America. He serves as Board Director of Splenda Offshore, a port and infrastructure platform in Brazil in which funds managed by PCP hold a significant equity position, and was a Co-Founder and Board Director of Interbarge, a dry bulk barge operator on the Paraná-Paraguay waterway. His career spans over three decades across the Caspian, the Atlantic, and South America — from founding Trans Caspian Shipping, which transported crude oil for Mobil and Chevron across the Caspian Sea, to building Horizon Capital, PCP's predecessor firm, where he led the firm focused on natural resources and real assets advisory across Latin America, including the OGX restructuring. Stephanos holds a B.S. in Economics and Political Theory from Yale University and is based in Rio de Janeiro.

Juan Esteban Giraldo is a Partner and Co-Founder of Panorama Capital Partners, where he leads origination and transaction execution across energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and financial services in Colombia and the Andean region. He built his career at PCP's predecessor firm, rising from Associate to Partner over 17 years and executing M&A and capital raising mandates in upstream oil and gas across Colombia and Brazil — including the sale of Vetra Energía, the sale of Central Resources, and the Canacol Energy PIPE. At PCP, he has structured credit advisory mandates with consumer credit originators in Colombia. Juan Esteban holds a B.S. in Economics from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Universidad de San Andrés.

Luis Eduardo Fandiño is a Partner at Panorama Capital Partners, where he focuses on deal origination and investment banking advisory in Colombia, with particular expertise in infrastructure project finance. He brings over 15 years of experience in Colombian capital markets, beginning his career as an investment banking associate at Sumatoria, a firm known for its infrastructure project finance advisory. He subsequently spent nearly nine years as a Partner at SCI Investment and Merchant Bank, where he executed M&A, debt raises, and restructuring mandates across a range of sectors, including a biodiversity offset debt raise, the restructuring of Colombia's largest coffee grower cooperative, and a valuation for the sale of a major coal import and export port. Luis Eduardo holds a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from Universidad de Los Andes and is based in Bogotá.

He began his career in M&A advisory at Euro Latina Finance, where the firm focused on cross-border mandates between Europe and Latin America — including advising Saint-Gobain on its joint venture with Cementos Argos in Colombia. Prior to investment banking, Andrés gained hands-on real economy operational experience at Espumlatex, a Colombian manufacturing company. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from KEDGE Business School in France and a B.B.A. from Universidad de Los Andes, and has lived and worked across Bogotá, Paris, and Medellín.
